Who lives at Plum Tree?
Plum Tree offers an "Assumed Approved" application process and is home to many types of residents. We are located in a pleasant neighborhood environment surrounded by private residences off of Morello Avenue.
Criteria?
Plum Tree Apartments has uniform criteria of income/employment verification, resident history verification and credit verification.
Pets?
Yes, we welcome pets, up to two pets per apartment home. An additional deposit of $500 per pet is accepted with a pet application. Most dogs by breed and indoor cats are welcome. Pet rent varies and can be quoted.
Laundry?
Plum Tree Apartments feature a washer and dryer unit in every apartment home.
Parking?
Each apartment home has one numbered, reserved, covered parking space.
Patios?
Each apartment home has enclosed patio or balcony with an additiaonal storage closet.
Application and deposit?
Application fees are $30 per adult and the required deposit is $500.
Amenities?
The community offers access to the community pool, fitness center with cardio equipment, covered parking and package acceptance.
